We love every opportunity to help others overcome struggles, to feel happier, to feel more satisfied with life. Addicts are our people. Trauma victims and survivors are our people. Individuals with mental health distress are our people. Their family members and loved ones are our people. And we care deeply about our people. Our focus for clients in therapy includes identifying the ACTUAL problems and proactively, realistically and vigorously addressing their cause(s).
You want and deserve solutions. We're interested in helping to empower you to implement the proper steps to manifest those solutions. AND, to stick with it! Together we will alleviate stress, help you manage your life more efficiently and effectively, increase your distress tolerance level, and you will notice that your life is more enjoyable and profitable as you follow our plan.
This is hard work. But if you do the work, we guarantee your life will change.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events, even if they were many years ago. It is important that you learn to identify and overcome these symptoms.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, many are able to recover motivation, perspective, and joy that they once had in their life.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationships. Therapy sessions are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship, to learn to communicate more effectively, and to understand your role in the success of your relationship.
But you won't be alone.
We've been there. We want to help you grow and heal.
You are safe. You are loved. You belong.
Recovery: “A process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential."
